“Learners. Activists. Doers. Superheroes” Funded Volunteering Opportunity

This volunteering program is inviting European citizens to spend a total of 51 weeks from 1 April 2020 to 1 April 2021 in Portugal. The deadline is on 13 September 2019.

Placement topics include:

  • Social challenges
  • Reception and integration of refugees and migrants
  • Education and training

Travel costs will be calculated according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator and cover up to the limit established. Accommodation will be provided by the means of a single or double room, in a house with other young people. Participants will receive a food subsidy.

Main criteria

Candidates should posses such qualities as being proactive, motivated, hardworking, and willing to step out of their comfort zone.

Eligible countries are the following:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland.
