YES Initiative is accepting applications for organisation's first gathering, which will take place at Schloss Tempelhof Community, Southern Germany from 7th to 10th of April. Young people from all over Europe are welcome to apply. Deadline is March 24.
YES Initiative is an exciting group of more than 30 young people from Europe as well as representatives from Nepal, Kenya, India, Peru, Brazil. There first gathering will be held from 7th to 10th of April at Schloss Tempelhof Community, Southern Germany.
Organisers inviting participants from across Europe (age 18 ~ 30, no need to be a EU citizen) who are inspired to be part of a larger change, to bring together the power of social entrepreneurship with the wisdom of collective leadership – and interested to start or support an entrepreneurial project, a cooperative, or similar initiative: together or in their own country, as part of a European network or umbrella cooperative…
WHY: Contribute to awakening the voice of our generation, looking at 10 million unemployed young Europeans and millions more frustrated by traditional workplaces without purpose – lets come together and cocreate ideas for what is needed to empower young people across Europe.
WHAT: Be invited to embark on a learning journey and set up a four-day laboratory for connection and collaboration with the goal of developing concrete projects and a network of mutual support.
For travel stipends and early confirmation please register as soon as possible. Final round of applications closes 24.03.2016.
There will be an opportunity for participants to stay on for one or more weeks of volunteering at Tempelhof at room & board cost of 161 EUR per week (after the first week, cost can be waived on a case per case basis).
